Relaunching Widgets and Dock

Sometimes it is necessary to relaunch the Dock or Widgets without rebooting or logging out.  To achieve this, use the following command:

killall Dock

This command will force quit the Dock and Widgets.  The Dock will start up again automatically, and Widgets will be inactive until accessed again.
